Community Association Manager (LCAM)

ATARID, Nationwide Specialist Recruiters to the Property, Hospitality and Asset Management Industries are being retained by our Client, a property management corporation who are seeking an experienced:
Community Association Manager - $55,000

Responsibilities:
o Manage the day to day operations of a portfolio of Homeowner and Condominium Associations
o Review financial statements, prepare budgets and present to Boards
o Ensure maintenance and insurance plans are in place
o Provide support, guidance and expertise to Board Members and Residents
o Vendor management of common area maintenance
o Communicate with Board, Resident and Owners
o Apply and adhere to company standards and Florida applicable legislation
o Prepare for and attend regular board meetings as required
o Enforce community restrictions
o Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal
o Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, manage Vendors and verify contractor information
o Provide excellent customer service and deal with issues to ensure positive Board relationships are maintained
Experience & Qualifications:
o 3-5+ years' experience managing a portfolio of communities as Licensed Community Association Manager
o Experience with developer communities is a plus
o Confident personality with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
o Self-starter with a pro-active approach to community association management
o Must be proficient in MS Office Suite software -- Word, Excel and Outlook.
o Good interpersonal skills and professionalism is required
o LCAM is required
Salary: $55,000 Plus comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 2 weeks' vacation, holidays and personal days; 401k; Mileage reimbursement, cell.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
