Full Charge Bookkeeper

Responsible for accounting duties of manufacturing company including general ledger preparation, balance sheet and income statements, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Computer knowledge Outlook, Word, Excel and QuickBooks Enterprise is a must, as well as good communication and a solid work background. Strong analytical skills and a positive personality.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare budgeting reports and ensure they are properly implemented
Administer, implement and maintain QuickBooks Enterprise
Accurate and timely completion of financial reports
Preparation of monthly financial statements
Analyze P&L to evaluate possible improvements
Preparation of reporting of all business activities and analyze for performance
Administration of compliance
Assist with general office operations and billing
Perform reconciliations
Work closely with tax accountant for quarterly & year end submittals
Projects as assigned

Qualifications required:
Accounting & analytical experience
Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, & QuickBooks Enterprise
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Reliability, strong follow-through on requests, and an attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication skills is a must
Must possess high degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to effectively track & meet deadlines is essential
A stable employment history of four years verifiable experience in this type of position
Professional appearance and manner
5-10 year's experience
Prefer a Bachelors in Accounting or similar field
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
