As a tour planner, you will be responsible for creating and handling the details for group tours throughout the US.
Candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail oriented and highly organized.
We offer a high level of service to our clients and seek to exceed their expectations on every level.
Duties Book and manage contracts for travel arrangements - hotels, attractions, transportation, meals, Budgeting, tour pricing and sales Research new destinations / opportunities Maintain professional relationships with vendors and travel partners Create exciting, thoughtful itineraries Maintain accurate & detailed financial accounts Work in a timely fashion and keep up with various deadlines Our preferred candidate offers has:
A positive, happy energy that is team oriented Previous experience with contract & price negotiation Sales experience Travel experience (preferably with group travel) Excellent customer service / communications skills Internet / Computer savvy Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel & Publisher At least 5 years of experience in an office environment About the company:
