Keller Williams Realty is the #1 name in Real Estate and has been developing its own systems and technology for the last several years.
It is the KW Agent Services duty to retain training (sometimes requiring travel) and bring that education back to the agents in the form of classes and one-on-ones.
This role also assumes the responsibility of onboarding newly affiliated agents, requiring one-on-one, in-depth appointments to review paperwork and explain/answer questions about what it means to work with Keller Williams and what is expected of the agents in order to have a successful business.
This is a multifaceted position that demands flexibility, patience, and the ability to come up with creative solutions and implement them with confidence and kindness.
The right person for this position will have self-discipline and the drive to work alone, but is also able to collaborate well in a team setting and speak to large groups of people as well as have individual conversations with a multitude of different types of people in the industry.
The role of KW Agent Services reports to the Director of Operations of Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners.
A real estate license or real estate experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently and consistently onboarding new agents in a timely manner Communicating and reporting to the Director of Operations Overseeing and implementing strategies to boost the Market Center's social media presence on Instagram and Facebook Planning/leading classes and training events on technology and social media marketing for the agents Traveling for training opportunities and national conferences Creating new systems for streamlining processes like onboarding, training, etc.
as needed (as the Market Center grows) Tracking spreadsheets and checklists to maintain consistent contact with the agents Managing the Market Center's website Collaborating with and supporting the Agent Success Team Scheduling one-on-one meetings with agents who need hands-on training
Qualifications:
Technologically inclined- enjoys learning new systems and troubleshooting them Proficient with Google Suites (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
) Understanding of social media platforms and analytics Excellent verbal and written communication Organization Attention to detail Ability to multitask Sense of urgency/ability to prioritize tasks accordingly Strong follow-up skills Patience for those with different learning speeds/capabilities Note-taking skills; able to record/retain information and then teach it Positive attitude and genuine willingness to help others and do the right thing Job Type:
