Our hospitality staff will also be responsible for helping to maintain the facility.
Some of these duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the amenity center bathrooms, gym and pool decks.
Examples of this are straightening the pool furniture, blowing off the pool deck, emptying trash cans, dusting for cobwebs, and cleaning the restrooms.
Applicants must be able to safely lift 25 lbs and be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, lift and move continually during shift.
They must also demonstrate the ability to work independently and present themselves in a professional, clean manner that is consistent with the hospitality industry.
First Coast CMS is a fast growing, family owned company that provides Amenity Staffing and Services for Home Owner Associations, Condominium Associations, and Community Development Districts throughout Northeast Florida.
