Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience:
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with order entry processes and inventory management.
- Previous experience in office administration or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Pentagon System is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
