Augustine, FL Cerritos, CA Franklin, WI Kent, WA Minneapolis, MN Pottstown, PA San Diego, CA Snoqualmie, WA SUMMARY As the liaison between internal departments and customers, this position is responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities while maintaining a friendly and supportive demeanor.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Respond to internal and external customer queries and requests related to Environmental & Sustainability Compliance, Product Compliance (REACH, MSDS, Prop 65, CMRT, and ROHS) in a timely and accurate way, via systems, phone, or email.
Collaborate with product management, sales, and engineering to analyze and interpret customers' technical data package and specification requirements against the company's capabilities, to provide product information and recommendations.
Support technical inquiries from the customer throughout the quotation process utilizing support from other functions (product management, engineering, sales, etc.
) and customer cross reference/new part number validation.
Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate department files and documentation such as data sheets, drawings, and compliance related information.
Translate customer inquiries into CarlisleIT actions applying strategic logic and problem solving and respond accordingly.
Support development and establishment of measurements (KPIs) to help understand the impact and effectiveness of business decisions.
Work and effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally to support a positive customer experience.
Work with all company facilities to understand their capabilities and determine which facility would be best suited to handle a customer inquiry.
Manage the weekly and monthly reporting on assigned metrics.
Perform root cause and corrective action analyses as needed.
Develop and document internal body of knowledge articles, white papers, technical notes, and FAQ lists while performing market research to further develop technical acumen.
Daily monitoring, review, and triage/assigning of Salesforce leads to the appropriate Sales team members.
Other duties as required in support of the department and the company SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED.
Associate degree or two (2) years' work experience in a specific area/field.
Five (5) years of experience working in the aerospace, military, medical devices, or cable assembly industry.
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
Knowledge of automation tools, such as Esker, Innowera, and SAP mass tools preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills Bilingual preferred.
JOB SKILLS Experience with CRM software (e.
g.
, Salesforce).
Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills including active listening.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Excellent customer service skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to be stationary for prolonged periods working on a computer.

TRAVEL 10% - 25% SALARY INFORMATION In compliance with multiple state's wage transparency laws, the hourly pay range for this position will be $25 - $33.
