This is a permanent sub position starting Feb.
16, 2024, but could become a full time teacher position for 2023/24.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum (Apologia) - Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to enhance students' understanding of scientific concepts - Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering a positive learning environment - Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment - Teach various subjects within the science discipline, such as General Science, Physical Science and Marine Biology - Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects
Qualifications:
