In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department - Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance - Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records - Assisting with proofreading and editing documents - Providing customer support and addressing inquiries or concerns - Managing office supplies and inventory Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
