Responsibilities:
- Assist the property manager with daily operations and administrative tasks - Maintain accurate and organized property records, including leases, contracts, and tenant information - Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs - Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and assist with the leasing process - Assist with rent collection and ensure timely payment from tenants - Prepare and distribute notices, memos, and other communications to tenants - Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all interactions with tenants - Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement strategies for improving tenant and owner satisfaction Skills:
- Proficiency in property management software such as Microsoft and Google - Strong customer relationship management skills - Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and best practices preferred - Excellent administrative and organizational skills - Familiarity with contract management processes Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
