And much more!!!! As an Assistant Property Manager at ZRS, your role will involve:
Lease, lease, lease - this is a new construction asset!! Delivering excellent customer service to all residents, prospective residents, and team members.
Ensuring rent is paid in a timely manner and managing delinquency.
Ensuring accuracy of month-end reporting, resident ledgers, evictions and notices, and deposit accounting.
Actively participating with the Property Manager in the budget process, completing month-end accounting, and maintaining records.
Assisting with leasing and marketing efforts by giving tours, answering calls, assisting with files, planning resident events, and more.
Staying up-to-date with market conditions and trends, contributing ideas for property marketing and enhancing resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
Two to three years of related experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer software experience (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, OneSite is a plus) Basic understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws and applications Familiarity with NAA Lease and Addendum's, Fair Housing/ADA regulations, and OSHA & EPA requirements in the property management industry If this opportunity resonates with you and you're ready to be a part of an exciting team, then don't wait!
