Most important is the need for someone who is out going, bubbly, and ambitious, polish & professionalism is a MUST.
Superstars with leasing experience will be considered first.
Lease, Lease, Lease!!! Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and evenings as needed Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Excellent sales and customer service skills Outgoing and upbeat demeanor Strong self-motivation and desire to succeed Proven ability to meet deadlines and produce results Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork.
Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations.
Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community.
Maintaining social media sites, improvement community's online presence and reputation Leasing:
