We serve customers in both the Jacksonville, St.
Augustine and Ormond Beach area.
We service commercial and residential facilities.
This position will oversee day to day activities to include:
responding to cleaning issues, training staff, performing cleaning inspections, meeting with current and prospective customers, monitor supplies and help maintain equipment.
This position Reports directly to the Operations Manager and Owner Job Type:
Full time Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, core working hours identified as 8:
00am - 5pm Availability to work overtime as needed Some weekends may be required for emergencies Compensation:
negotiable based on experience

Directing and managing all cleaning operations and personnel Training employees on proper cleaning procedure, safety, using equipment & uniform policy Perform inspections for quotes Following up on complaints and taking corrective action Supporting staff in their requests and needs Ensuring we are providing all services promised Monitor cleaning supply usage and order as needed Performing or coordinating project work and carpet cleaning & floor work Filling in at locations when employees have emergencies Help find new customers Required Skills & Experience Must be 18 years of age or older All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States Customer Service Successful history of being a part a team Knowledge of mobile apps Staff Management Talent for solving problems Ability to work with others Enjoys training staff Knowledge on seam repair, tack strip replacement, carpet stretching, spot treatment, dye work.
