Augustine Shores is a residential neighborhood that is comprised of 3400 homes, including several condominium developments and 2400 single family homes.
The neighborhood was founded in the early 1970s and has steadily grown since then.
There is a clubhouse, pool, pier, tennis courts, a disc golf course, and many walking trails throughout the Shores community.
We also have a number of classes that are offered in the Riverview Club.
It is also a rental facility for weddings and parties.
The General Manager's responsibilities are focused on the maintenance of the building, grounds, and all of the amenities.
The scope of the job also includes finance and accounting duties and administrative responsibilities.
This person is responsible to the President of the Board of Directors for the implementation of corporate policy.
Requirements include a Northeast Florida CAM license and previous property management experience.
Salary is commensurable with prior experience.
